Why send passports?
This will be a self check in, please provide us a copy of the passport for all foreign guests who will be staying at the house according Japanese Law. After you provide us the copies of the passport, we will send you a passcode to the house.
What is your cancellation policy?
• Free cancellation within 48 hours of reservation or 14 days before check in.
• Charge of 50% will result if the cancellation is made 7 days before check in.
• Charge of 100% will result if the cancellation is made within 7 days of reservation.
• Charge of 100% for no show.
What credit cards can we use to pay?
You can use Visa, Amex, & MasterCard only.
What is your check in and check out time policy?
Check in at 15:00 and check out at 10:00.
Can we check in late?
Since this is a self-check in, you can check in anytime after 15:00.
Can we leave our luggage in the room before check in?
Our cleaning time is between 10:00 ~ 15:00. Please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements with cleaning staff for you to leave your luggage in the room or storage.
Do you have WiFi?
Yes, we have WiFi for each room.
Do you have smoking and non-smoking rooms?
Our lodge is smoke free lodge. No smoking is allowed inside the lodge or villa.
Are amenities included?
We will provide heating, television, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, microwave and tooth brushes, towels for your convenience.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we provide at least one free parking for all the guests. Please reserve your parking.
Can we add additional beds inside the house?
Sorry, we do not provide additional beds for our lodge. Please confirm your room type or contact our reservation desk before reservation.
Can we bring our pet?
No pet is allowed.
How do I calculate number of people staying in the room?
We do not charge anyone children who are less than five years of age. However, we do not provide towels, sleeping bed space, and amenities for those who stays for free. Any children above five will count as a full adult.
Do you provide shuttle service?
No, we do not provide shuttle service. We can reserve taxi for you in advance.
